I have begun my book, & committed to finishing it, with guidance from the amazing Charlotte Squire. I have been excavating old journals, finding images I have taken, putting this together today.
It captures how I was, before I found this place I live now.
I was a wanderer, as soon as I worked out how to climb the gate at my childhood home. I was a reader, who devoured books that took me to other places, when I couldn't wander.
So I have journals stretching back to the 90's, when I was well into my writing life, and forward, through thousands of photo folders, facebook & blog posts.
I'm happy I've found a place I love with a passion … love enough to stay. A place to weave this tapestry of places & people into a story or two.
